Tahi is a gorgeous, 8 month old, female, Staffy X.

Good with dogs: Tahi is great with dogs she knows but may bark at unfamiliar dogs in public. With training, this is improving.
Good with cats: Unknown.
Good with children: Children aged 8 & older.
Alone time: Short period only.

She’s the ultimate wingman and is happy doing just about anything, as long as she’s included. She’s always keen to jump in the car for an adventure. A big cuddly goof, Tahi is convinced she’s a lap dog and loves nothing more than snuggling up with her humans.

She is currently fostered with two dogs and gets along beautifully with them however she can bark and feel nervous around unfamiliar dogs, but she’s been working hard on this and is becoming much more relaxed when passing dogs on walks or in public places.

Tahi is a sensitive soul and can sometimes be unsure about new things at first. Bikes, scooters, prams and the vacuum cleaner can make her nervous, but with reassurance she settles well and is gaining confidence every day.

Tahi is crate trained, fully toilet trained and understands basic obedience commands. She has also just completed teenage puppy school and has made fantastic progress learning to manage her impulses and behave calmly around other dogs.
She can be enthusiastic when greeting people and is a strong girl, so she would be best suited to a home with older children (8+) and dog-savvy adults.

Tahi would thrive in a patient home where she can be included in daily life and adventures.
