When making a purchase on Newpetly.com, it is a requirement that you have read and accepted the following purchase terms. By selecting the box "I accept the terms", this should be regarded as an agreement between you and Newpetly.com, whereby you and Newpetly.com are bound by the terms. The purchase agreement is made between you (the advertiser) and Newpetly.com (the advertising provider).
By making a payment, you agree that Newpetly.com may deduct the agreed amount corresponding to the selected service, either from your payment card or mobile bill. Once the payment is completed, it will be visible on Newpetly.com. Since advertising begins immediately after payment, there is no right of withdrawal. The advertisement runs for the specified period and cannot be terminated early. If an ad or user is deleted, the remaining time of the payment is forfeited. Any form of online money transfer takes place via an encrypted connection, meaning that credit card information cannot be read or intercepted by others. You can recognize an encrypted connection by a lock icon in the browser’s status bar. To ensure maximum security for your card details, Newpetly.com does not store your card information. After the payment, you will receive a receipt via email.
By clicking purchase and completing the payment process, you agree that Newpetly.com may continuously charge the agreed amount according to the selected subscription. The subscription will automatically renew until you cancel it under "My Profile" → "My Subscription Package" → Click "Cancel Subscription". You can also contact us via our support system at mitt-dyr.com/profile/support/create-ticket or via our email. However, for technical reasons, you cannot cancel the subscription within the first 24 hours.
The subscription package costs only 9 NOK for the first 3 days (72 hours) and then 399 NOK every 4 weeks. Payment is automatically deducted every fourth week until you choose to cancel. Cancellation can be done anytime under "My Profile" → "My Subscription Package" → (If you wish to cancel the package) "Click here".
If your card is blocked, this is considered a cancellation. You will still be able to use the paid subscription period and then use another card to renew the subscription if desired.
All prices include 25% Norwegian VAT.
The ordered product or service is delivered immediately after payment. The amount is charged to your card right away.
According to the Consumer Contracts Act, there is a 14-day right of withdrawal – but only if you have not started using your subscription. If you wish to use your right of withdrawal immediately after purchase, scroll down and click "Contact us”, create a support ticket, and log out until you receive a response. It is important not to use your subscription. If you do use it, you cannot withdraw, but you can always unsubscribe from the ongoing subscription to avoid further charges.
All advertising content must be written in a respectful and factual tone so that the content is in no way offensive or inappropriate. For example, the following is not allowed:

Therefore, Newpetly.com does not provide any form of guarantee or insurance related to the transaction. It is the responsibility of the seller and buyer to ensure the product/service matches the description and that the seller conducts the transaction according to the agreement. Newpetly.com is not liable for any loss resulting from the use of its services. Nor is Newpetly.com responsible for damage or losses due to system failures, data destruction/loss, or incidents like the following regardless of Newpetly.com's responsibility for operating the systems: power or telecommunications failure at Newpetly.com.
Data about how you use the website, geographic location, gender, age segment, etc., is shared with third parties to the extent this information is known. Third parties only process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only use data processors located in the EU or in countries that provide adequate data protection.
You have the right to know what personal information we process about you. You may object to the use of your information at any time. You may also withdraw your consent. If the information processed about you is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted. These requests can be made via our support platform.
If you wish to complain about our processing of your personal data, you can contact the Data Protection Authority.
Terror or vandalism (including viruses and hacking), unrest, riots, sabotage, war, or natural disasters. Strike, lockout, boycott, or blockade – regardless of whether the conflict involves or is initiated by Newpetly.com or its organization, and regardless of the cause. This also applies if only parts of Newpetly.com are affected. Other circumstances and force majeure beyond the control of Newpetly.com.
The agreement terminates when the purchased service period expires or the ad is deleted. The period will always be shown in the order and the receipt sent to your email. You can delete the ad at any time on Newpetly.com, but this will result in the loss of any remaining ad time or add-ons, as unused time/add-ons cannot be transferred to a new ad.
Newpetly.com reserves the right to change these terms with 14 days’ notice. Notification of changes will be sent to the email address you registered with Newpetly.com and/or published on Newpetly.com.
