About: After Norman’s tough start in life he greets you and everyday with the biggest smile and bum wag! He loves everyone he’s met and thinks every dog is his friend. He’s still a puppy so learning dog etiquette and reading their cues.

Likes: Food, toys, food, cuddles, food, walks, food, the beach, food, rolling in poop and food.

Dislikes: not having his brain working and not getting the meatiest bone.

Cats: Untested, probably not the best mix.

Dogs: Normie loves other dogs and is learning about dog etiquette!

Other animals: Untested

Children: Would suit older children

Microchipped: Yes, and registered on NZCAR

Crate trained: Yes

Toilet trained: Yes

Leash manners: Learning every day, is super quick to learn and loves having his brain engaged. He will need to carry on with his training which he absolutely loves. He would also be an amazing agility dog.

Home recommendation: Norman loves being with other dogs but is also pretty cruisy on his own. Like all puppies, he needs to learn boundaries in a structured way. He's not too keen on little puppies as he hasn't quite figured out what they are. An older well balanced dog would be great for Normie. Currently fostered in Kumeu on a lifestyle block with multiple dogs after Easter he is moving to our wonderful friends/fosters at Doggone attitude in Massey where he will get to do lots more learning.

Adoption fee covers: Desexing when old enough, fully vaccinated, microchipped and registered to NZCAR, up-to-date worm and flea treatments, enough food for a week, collar, harness and lead, a blanket and a favourite toy. Fill in the adoption form, then come and meet our love bug as soon as you can.
