Grey Cat - Looking for his Purrfect Pad

Grey Cat MUST be an only cat as he doesn't seem to tolerate other cats (so far). We are looking for a home that will suit him, and be willing to acknowledge his kooky ways, and love him unconditionally.

He is a black smoke tabby. Originally from Gutter Kitties he finds himself needing a new home as his "hooman" dad passed away and other family are unable to offer him a "furever" home.
Grey Cat is a big boy - loves food, loves loves (on his terms), loves to spread kitty glitter (fur), loves to follow people around and loves to chat. He throws himself at you for a cuddle then takes off to consider his next move. Head butts are a must, and leg twining is a thing so you need to be ready for a slow walk when he's feeling particularly loving.

He has been "hanging" with us for a while, finding his paws after a bit of a hectic few months and is ready for his own "pad". We think he'd be best suited to a retired person/couple, with lots of time on their hands to make him feel like he's the only cat in the world. He can be inside/outside once oriented and used to his new people/place. Kept inside at night to avoid the most dangerous time for a cat.

He's likely to be a little shy and feel a little overwhelmed to start, so a good understanding of rehoming a cat would be amazing, but we can give you lots of advice about that too. The main thing is time and patience.

He is around 6 years old, neutered, vaxed, microchipped and has no nasties.

Located in Huapai, Auckland. He's not a great traveler, so staying in the Auckland region would be best for him.
