Artie is a sturdy little Fox Terrier with confidence in abundance. He walks through life like he owns the place. He's clever, strong-willed, and happiest with someone who can provide calm, consistent leadership, clear boundaries, and understands that earning his trust is worth every bit of the effort.

Once you're part of Artie's inner circle, you'll discover the softest side of this little terrier. He absolutely adores his people and is one of the smoochiest dogs you'll ever meet. He'll happily soak up cuddles, kisses, belly rubs, and pats. .

When he's not collecting cuddles, you'll usually find him chasing a tennis ball. Fetch is Artie's favourite game, and he also loves his daily walks, enjoying plenty of exercise and mental stimulation.

Artie can be cautious when meeting new people and prefers to build trust at his own pace. He also finds other dogs exciting and can become intense around them, so he'll need someone who understands canine body language and feels confident managing introductions. For this reason, Artie is looking to be the only dog in his new home.

Because of his strong personality, we're looking for an experienced dog owner and a home without young children. Dog-savvy teenagers (13+) would be considered.

Artie isn't the right dog for every home, and that's perfectly okay. He's looking for someone who understands that confidence doesn't need force, just patience, consistency, and a calm approach.
