Hi, I’m Tane!

I’m a 9 week old Staffy X boy, and I may not hear the world the way other dogs do, but that doesn’t stop me from living life to the fullest. My days are filled with playful bursts of zoomies, snuggly cuddles, and learning so many new skills – you should see me sit for a treat!

I’m comfortable and happy in my crate, my toilet training is coming along well, and I really enjoy the company of other dogs. Best of all, I adore children – they’re some of my favourite playmates!

Unfortunately my vision isn’t perfect either, but honestly, I don’t let that hold me back. I chase fun, I give love, and I brighten every room I bounce into.

This Deaf Dog Awareness Week, I’d love for you to see that being different doesn’t make me any less special – it makes me uniquely me. I don’t need perfect hearing or sight to be the perfect companion. What I do need is a family who will love me just as I am.
