Reg is a sweet boy who loves his people and will be your loyal sidekick. He loves playing with his siblings, his foster fur sibling, balls, and toys.

Reg is sometimes a little bit reserved in new situations, but with the support of a known person it doesn't take too much for him to gain confidence. This is getting better as he gets older and has more experiences.

He doesn't show interest when the cats walk past other than an occasional look. Reg plays well with all of his siblings and the older puppies and dogs he has met. He travels well in the car and has attended a couple of our puppy cuddle events, as well as being exposed to lots of different sights, sounds, smells, and textures at home.

Reg's toilet training is going well and he will usually let you know when he needs to go outside to toilet. He is usually the first one of his siblings to run outside to do his business on the grass. He usually sleeps through the night without needing to toilet, and if he does, he will let you know.

Reg will happily settle down and have a sleep when he's had enough playing. While sleeping on top of a sibling is his favourite place to sleep, he is also happy to sleep on his own. His second favourite place to sleep is snuggled into your neck.

Reg is crate trained, learning basic obedience commands, and progressing well with toilet training. He is learning to sit for his meals and will stop eating when he is full and not when the bowl is empty. After a quick lesson on how to use the cat door, he has used it independently.

Reg's ideal whanau or person is anyone who will love him and be there to reassure him if and when needed.
