All puppies have now found their forever homes, I have recently mated my blue girl and am hopeful to have puppies due in about 8 weeks time. Like my facebook page, AKORA Kennels for updates

Litter of purebred, pedigree border collie puppies. I have two female pups who are not yet sold.

Available pups:
• 1 × CHOCOLATE GIRL (now sold)
• 1 × RED GIRL (on sold)

The litter was born on 7 February, and will be old enough to go to their new homes from Easter weekend.

While they are here, they're being wormed every fortnight, and by the time they leave, they will have had their first vaccination and be microchipped.

They are being raised in an enriching environment, with a variety of toys and activities; have experienced sleeping in a crate; and have been socialised with multiple people.

When you purchase a puppy from me, you also receive:
• papers
• high-quality kibble
• six weeks of free pet insurance
• several toys
• a blanket with their mum's scent on it

The parents, dam Aria and sire Banjo, have received clear results from the Orivet Full Breed Profile for border collies. This is an extensive DNA test which checks for the hereditary conditions most relevant to the breed.

The puppies were bred by a registered breeder, Akora Kennels. When you buy a papered pup from a registered breeder, you can rest assured that they were bred in accordance with the Dogs NZ (kennel club) code of conduct that promotes ethical breeding.

I don't necessarily choose owners on a first in, first served basis; it's important to me that I find the right homes. Border collies need regular exercise and mental stimulation. If you are interested in a puppy, please email me with a description of what life would look like for a dog in your care (****). I ask for a deposit of $500, which is fully refundable if you don't go through with the purchase for any reason.
