Meet Alamein, a Mastiff/Staffy cross just under a year old. He is a medium sized dog (around 25kg). Alamein is a super soft natured and sweet, friendly, cuddley boy.
Alamein is very social with other dogs - he loves to play! Alamein is a velcro dog, he just loves to be with his people all the time - for this reason his ideal home would have someone around a lot as he loves the company. His favourite place is sitting as close to you as possible and on your lap if he can!
Although Alamein has made good progress with cats in the foster home, he does still find them a little exciting if they move quickly etc so a cat free home may be more suitable.
Alamein can be a bit unsure of new people to start so he wouldn't suit a busy household, with young kids etc. He would be ideal for someone wanting a best friend who just wants to be with them.
Alamein is crate trained (apart from the odd FOMO if he thinks he's missing out on something fun!), loves his toys, is well behaved in public, and has good basic obedience. He is still a big puppy at heart and sometimes forgets himself and can jump up and steal socks etc and all that usual puppy stuff, so his new owner will need to set the usual clear boundaries with him.
Alamein LOVES the water.
He will need a securely fenced property, ideally over 1.5metres.
