Lovable Golden Spoodle

Our loving 8 year old female golden spoodle (Miniature Poodle crossed with a Cocker Spaniel) is seeking a new forever home.

She would like me to tell you her favourite things are being taken on walks (she walks very well on a lead), cuddling with you day or night, lying in a sunny patch of grass and chewing a stick. She is very loyal and affectionate, always excited to see her people and a wonderful companion - wanting to be nearby.

She is a sensitive girl who can become a bit anxious (which shows up in chewing of her paws/tail if she's left alone), and would suit a calm life with a later in life couple or homebodies with a bit of land around them (as opposed to a loud busy family with lots of comings and goings). She has however been brought up around young children, who she is gentle with, and she has almost always had someone at home with her, so she wouldn't be suited to being left during the day for long periods. She can skew towards being overly excitable and bark reactive when around water/the beach/running off leash (which she loves). On the flip side, she'll give a bark if someone knocks at the door which we've always valued for security purposes.

She stands from ground to top of her back at around 44cm and weighs about 11kg.

She has no health complaints, is up to date with all vaccinations/flea/worming. Only thing of note would be occasional ear irritation, as is typical of the Spoodle breed which we keep under control with a low cost vet prescribed steroid.

Please let me know if you think you could be a perfect fit as her forever family, due to a change in our circumstances she is finding life stressful in the inner-city with a growing family, and we want to find her a dream home as she s into her old age.
