Labradoodle - female family pet needs a yard

We were inundated with offers and Pippy now has a home.
Pippy is a two year old labradoodle with wool coat (no shedding) and a beautiful gentle temperament. She is very quiet and placid, rarely barks, and is great around children.
She's been a wonderful family pet but as we are now based entirely in Wellington city, with little outdoor space, and a busy family life, she isn't getting the activity, attention or space she deserves.
She loves lounging about, but also loves swimming, runs and walks and is very social.
She's had a lot of training and comes when is called, sits etc.
Office trained - happily accompanies you to work and lounges about while you work (with walks/ toilet breaks).
Cafe trained - sits quietly at your feet on lead for up to 30 minutes very happily.
Doesn't like being tied up but is happy alone for 3-4 hours (possibly longer if she has outdoor access).
She needs outdoor access over night, or a dedicated toileting area.
Ideally you are a family in a suburb with a yard, or someone who wants to have her with you a lot on outings.
