Due to an international relocation, I am seeking a truly wonderful new home for Lilas; our greatest wish is to find him a family with plenty of open space (farm, land) to enjoy the freedom he loves.

Lilas is intact, very healthy, and an incredibly friendly, playful, intelligent boy. He has been raised around young children, is fantastic with toddlers. You need to patiently train him around animals such as chicken, ducks, horses, etc... we've never exposed him to them, but Lilas learns FAST). He loves ocean, lakes, rivers and knows many tricks being ready to bring a huge amount of joy and loyalty to his new home. He's eating just about anything - lots of table food, doggie food, but dislikes too much flour (gets itchy ears).

We are not asking for any adoption fee; however, we want proof of a loving home with land far away from cities. We would be moving to Christchurch before international relocation, and would like to meet you then in central Christchurch to take over Lilas.

Your ideal home would be:

- A rural or semi-rural property far away from big cities, with secure land so Lilas can safely explore, run, play to his heart's content (e.g., a farm, smallholding, property in a small village).
- A family or individual with a genuine love for dogs and an active lifestyle.
- Someone who understands the commitment of caring for a happy dog for life.

To ensure Lilas gets the perfect home, we kindly ask that you be prepared to verify your general location (e.g., via a redacted utility bill or similar that shows a rural address), to confirm the environment is right for him. We respect your privacy and are only interested in confirming the type of area you in; don't need any of your private information.
