We’re thrilled to introduce Puppy EIGHT!
With a unique “8” marking on his back, his name was an easy choice. Eight joined JDC Rescue as a well-cared-for puppy and has clearly been loved and handled by people. We believe he’s a boxer mix. He’s the largest, most confident, and outgoing pup of his litter. Eight is friendly and affectionate with people, alert but not overly vocal. He stays close to people, doesn’t wander off, and is housebroken as long as he’s let outside regularly for his age. His strong food drive makes him easy to train, and he’s highly attuned to his handler, making him a great choice for someone looking for an adventure buddy and all-day companion. Eight has a confident temperament, and he would do best in a one dog household, with a gentle and equally confident owner with experience with dogs.
Eight has been dewormed, deflead, microchipped, vaccinated, and registered with NZCAR. Since Eight is too young to be desexed, we recommend waiting until he’s at least two years old.
We adopt NZ nationwide. While we can support arranging travel, we appreciate the commitment to traveling personally to meet and pick up the puppies, as it guarantees a good match and their comfort and well-being during the transition.
