Beautiful 9 month old pup looking for her forever home

Sadly we are looking for a new home for our beautiful puppy Ash. She is a Christmas Day baby so just on 9 months old. Super playful, sweet, fun, loves walks & adventures & her favourite place to sleep is as close to the fire as she can possibly get. She's not so keen on water yet, but was getting much braver before winter. We were told she is a mix of Foxy, Cavalier & Staffy, she has beautiful markings & I have photos of both parents if you are interested. She is a small/med size, currently about 10kgs.
Ash doesn't know lots of tricks but is crate trained, sits beautifully, has good recall so can be off lead in some environments & sits & waits patiently at meal times. She loves to meet new people & dogs, but gets so excited & a bit nervous that she jumps up so we are working on that. Although she hasn't had a lot of formal training she likes to learn new things & is very food driven so if there are treats on offer she's keen to please. Ash can be left at home while you go to work & school, but prefers shorter days alone & has been known to get into a little mischief if she hasn't had her cup filled in the morning with enough love or attention or a nice walk. We have a cat & they have co-habitated fine until just recently, & now Ash thinks it's a fun game to chase her, but I'm confident this could be turned around. We have 2 older children who she loves, she does jump up on our youngest so would need to watch this with little kids, but with some patience & the right training I'm sure this wouldn't be a problem, she is just a pup,
Ash has been desexed, flead, wormed, vaccinated, chipped & registered.
