We’re looking for a forever home for our two pedigree ocicat girls. Minnie is a 5yo cinnamon classic oci, and Marley is a 4yo blue spotted oci, both are desexed and microchipped. They were both bred by NatsCats, are sisters and must be rehomed together. They are currently both indoor cats.

Minnie has allergies and has a specific diet and medicine once a day to manage this, she is otherwise fit and healthy. Minnie is not good with other cats and can be very territorial; ideally, they would be the only pets within the household. Minnie can be very shy and nervous around new people but once she trusts you, she is a snugglepuss. Marley is completely fit and healthy, she everyone’s friend, especially if you have food – she can be a little greedy! She has all the enthusiasm of a kitten and will play zoomies at the most inopportune times. They are both intelligent, chatty, gentle and loving, curious, mischievous and active cats, they have a HUGE personality – everything you would expect from an ocicat. They love to climb and be as high as possible. They are great with our kids. They love attention, and they need a fair bit of it as they are crazy smart – these girls can open doors (from the inside) and have solved every puzzle we’ve come up with for them. We are going to be travelling a lot in the next few years and so we have come to the hard decision that we need to rehome them - they need a family that can keep them challenged and engaged every day and sadly that isn't us.

There is an ongoing cost with Minnie’s medication, vet visits and food and you will need to be able to maintain this to keep her healthy. As these girls are indoor cats, we have allowed their vaccinations to lapse with the agreement of our vet – we can bring these up to date at your expense if required. Both cats have had regular vet checks and are healthy. We can organise pet transport to anywhere in NZ at your cost.
