Pearl came to us after we received a call about a family of cats in need.

She didn't have much interaction from people before coming into care, so she will need a family who will give her some time to settle into her new surroundings.

Pearl is a sweet girl who is still learning to trust, but once you give her pats she happily enjoys them and will even lift her head into your hand for more.

She will need to be an indoor only cat as she already has some sun damage to her ears. We have been treating her ears under vet advice, and if she has access to a catio/sun bathing she will need pet-safe sunscreen to protect them.

Pearl has one unusual habit and you need to be aware of this so she remains happy. Her strangest quirky habit is that she would rather eat from the ground than a bowl. We assume she's a sensitive wee cat who prefers her whiskers to not touch anything when she eats.

Pearl has been desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and is up to date with flea and worm treatment.
