Mr Jax & Otis: A Bond Worth Keeping
Mr Jax & Otis: A Bond Worth Keeping
5 years old
Mr Jax and Otis are a handsome bonded pair looking for a loving forever home together.
The boys came into the care of The NZ Cat Foundation after it was believed they had been abandoned by their previous owner. Despite their uncertain past, both remain gentle, affectionate cats who are ready to find the stability and love they deserve.
Mr Jax is the more confident of the pair. He is a friendly, often chatty boy who enjoys human company and is always happy to receive pats and attention. He likes being involved in daily life and is a relaxed, easy-going companion who also enjoys plenty of naps.
Otis is the quieter and more sensitive brother. The sanctuary environment has been a little overwhelming for him, and he can be shy when meeting new people. However, beneath that cautious exterior is a sweet boy who clearly wants affection and companionship. With patience, time, and a stable home, his confidence is expected to grow.
The boys complement each other beautifully. Mr Jax helps Otis feel more secure, while Otis is rarely far from his brother’s side. They share a strong bond and are looking for a home where they can continue life together.
They would suit a quieter household with older children or adults who can give them time to settle and feel safe. Once comfortable, they are sure to reward their new family with affection and companionship.
Both boys enjoy indoor living with safe outdoor access and would prefer to be the only pets in the home.
Mr Jax and Otis are desexed, vaccinated, and microchipped, and are ready to find their forever home together.
