Personality: Leaf is a gentle, sweet-natured boy who likes to take his time getting to know new people. He can be a little shy at first, but with patience and kindness you'll soon discover an affectionate cuddle bug hiding underneath.
Once he feels safe, Leaf loves nothing more than curling up on a warm lap for cuddles, purring away contentedly. He's also full of playful energy and enjoys chasing toys and balls, exploring his surroundings, and investigating anything new. Leaf believes it's his job to supervise everything you do! He'll happily follow you from room to room like a little shadow.

Ideal Home: Leaf would love a busy home that is happy to let him settle in at his own pace. Once he trusts you, you'll be rewarded with a loyal, affectionate companion who wants to be involved in every part of your day. He gets along well with other cats and is also great with respectful children. There were no dogs at his foster home, but his confidence and energy grew so much over his time in care, that he would likley handle a family dog with ease. A lock in period would be recommended to allow him time to know his new home base. Shy at first, devoted for life.

Additional Contract: Leaf was examined by a veterinarian on 23 June 2026 for weeping in both eyes. He was diagnosed with symblepharon, an abnormal adhesion of the lower eyelid that restricts its movement.
As the condition is not affecting the cornea, no further treatment is required at this stage. The eyes may become watery during periods of stress, but this is expected and can be managed by gently wiping away any discharge as needed.
