CHUNKY - AVAILABLE TO ADOPT

Chunky has a bit of a sad story. He was brought into the vet after his owner lost their housing and was evicted.

Chunky is a handsome 1–2-year-old boy who is desexed, flea treated, litter trained, and has had his first vaccination. If you've always loved the plush, teddy bear look of a blue British Shorthair but not the price tag, Chunky has a very similar appearance.

There are two ways to win Chunky's heart: Churus and pats. Once he realises you're the Churu provider, you'll quickly become his best friend! He absolutely loves a good head scratch and will happily reward you with head bunts and plenty of affection. And yes... he loves his food too!

Chunky has previously d with two female cats, but he is known to get into fights with other cats. Because of this, he'd be happiest as the only cat in the home, with restricted outdoor access to help prevent neighbourhood cat fights.

Chunky hasn't been tested with young children, so we'd recommend a home with older, respectful children or adults.

Chunky is currently in foster care in Hillsborough, Auckland.
