The Cats Protection League is a registered charity dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming cats and kittens. You are welcome to visit our cattery where our experienced staff will introduce you to cats who will fit your lifestyle and be a pleasure to own. Cats are individuals so please do not be offended if we steer you towards cats other than the one that first caught your eye.

**Shy boy Rocco, a very loving cat given time.**

Rocco is about 9 years old. Timid at first, he is a loving cat when he is settled. He enjoys company and a good chin rub from time to time, and will happily sit on the couch next to you.

Rocco has been used to a quiet home with an elderly owner and no other pets. He will suit a similar situation again as his shy nature means that he spooks quite easily. However, he is a very loving boy when given the chance.

Rocco has had a benign cyst removed from his shoulder, and this may recur. He also has a grade 2 heart murmur and is in the early stages of chronic renal disease, so he is part of our Golden Years programme.

All our cats have been vet checked, desexed, tested for feline aids and leukaemia, wormed, defleaed, microchipped and vaccinated. We will always take them back if it does not work out.
