The Cats Protection League is a registered charity dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming cats and kittens. You are welcome to visit our cattery where our experienced staff will introduce you to cats who will fit your lifestyle and be a pleasure to own. Cats are individuals so please do not be offended if we steer you towards cats other than the one that first caught your eye.

**Monty : Because age is just a number**

Monty is a 13 year old gent who clearly didn't get the memo about slowing down as you age. He approaches life with curiosity, energy and appetite. He enjoys spending time with his people - whether curling up on your lap for a cuddle or following you around for extra pats, he is always happy when he is close to his folk.

When it comes to food, Monty is a self proclaimed expert. He knows exactly when dinner should arrive and will not hesitate to remind you if you are behind schedule. Between times, Monty enjoys exploring every nook and cranny before selecting the perfect spot to settle down for a well earned nap.

Monty will suit a home where there are no small children as loud noises startle him. He needs to be the only pet in the home and indoor-only.

All our cats have been vet checked, desexed, tested for feline aids and leukaemia, wormed, defleaed, microchipped and vaccinated. We will always take them back if it does not work out.
