The Cats Protection League is a registered charity dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming cats and kittens. You are welcome to visit our cattery where our experienced staff will introduce you to cats who will fit your lifestyle and be a pleasure to own. Cats are individuals so please do not be offended if we steer you towards cats other than the one that first caught your eye.

Meet Minx. If you happen to walk past her room, don't be sur*****ed if you can't see her. There's a good chance she's tucked away under a blanket, enjoying a cat nap. When the sun peeks through, Minx will happily soak up every golden ray, saving her energy for the most exciting event of the day… dinner time.

Minx is about 13 years old, a sweet and affectionate girl who takes her time getting to know people. Timid at first, she is well worth the wait. Once she realises you’re a friend she’ll happily lean into gentle pats and melt under a good head scratch, rewarding your patience with loads of affection.

Minx will suit a home where she is the star of the show with no other pets or children. She is on a special diet and qualifies for our Saving Lives program.

All our cats have been vet checked, desexed, tested for feline aids and leukaemia, wormed, defleaed, microchipped and vaccinated. We will always take them back if it does not work out.
