The Cats Protection League is a registered charity dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming cats and kittens. You are welcome to visit our cattery where our experienced staff will introduce you to cats who will fit your lifestyle and be a pleasure to own. Cats are individuals so please do not be offended if we steer you towards cats other than the one that first caught your eye.

**Jax : Because the best friends come with quirks**

Meet Jax, a sweet-natured boy whose favourite place is under a blanket where it’s warm and safe. At first you might think he’s shy, but it does not take long before his curiosity gets the better of him and he’s ready to make friends. You’ll quickly discover what a smoochy boy he really is - he loves pats, scratches and attention. He gets so blissfully content that he may dribble up a storm.

Jax is about 5 years old. He will suit a mature household as the only pet and would be good around confident children.

Jax has had his right hind leg amputated, but he does not let that define him. He gets around just fine and is much more interested in the important things in life; cosy blankets and spending time with the people he loves.

All our cats have been vet checked, desexed, tested for feline aids and leukaemia, wormed, defleaed, microchipped and vaccinated. We will always take them back if it does not work out.
