Cats Protection Canterbury - Gabby

The Cats Protection League is a registered charity dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming cats and kittens. You are welcome to visit our cattery where our experienced staff will introduce you to cats who will fit your lifestyle and be a pleasure to own. Cats are individuals so please do not be offended if we steer you towards cats other than the one that first caught your eye.

One of the cats available is GABBY.

Gentle Gabby is about 15 years old. A sweet nana cat, she is timid at first but will warm to you once she knows you. She has been the cherished companion of an elderly owner and will suit something similar again. She enjoys company and is inclined to dribble when contented.

Gabby was surrendered to CPL when her owner went into permanent hospital care. Adopting an older cat can be very rewarding and they make great companions. They are less likely to wander or get in trouble than youngsters. They are particularly suitable for owners who are less active and/or spend most of their time at home.

All our cats have been vet checked, desexed, tested for feline aids and leukaemia, wormed, defleaed, microchipped and vaccinated. We will always take them back if it does not work out.
