The Cats Protection League is a registered charity dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming cats and kittens. You are welcome to visit our cattery where our experienced staff will introduce you to cats who will fit your lifestyle and be a pleasure to own. Cats are individuals so please do not be offended if we steer you towards cats other than the one that first caught your eye.

**Amelia : Cleared for departure and looking for adventure!**

Gentle Amelia is about 2 years old. She has taken her time to settle into the cattery as she can be nervous when faced with unfamiliar people or environments. She will need a patient and understanding home where she can build confidence at her own pace.

Amelia has previously raised a litter of kittens and is now looking for a home of her own. Once she trusts you, her curious side starts to emerge. She doesn't mind a gentle pat from people she feels comfortable with and loves a good belly rub too. She will suit a quiet and mature home where she is the only pet, and a house with no children is preferred.

Amelia is named for Amelia Earhart, since she can be flighty and often seeks out high places where she finds it safest.

All our cats have been vet checked, desexed, tested for feline aids and leukaemia, wormed, defleaed, microchipped and vaccinated. We will always take them back if it does not work out.
