Jaxon was taken in by FPS after his ‘owner’ threatened to kill his litter if we didn’t.

Jax is the tough nut of the litter. The most wary of new people (men especially) and more bark than bite he of course is a total charmer once he feels safe. He will need a super experienced owner and just like his sibs is super sharp. Jaxon will push boundaries but responds best with positive reinforcement and lots of assurance. He needs an extra high fence and lots of routine and company.

He is crate trained and would do fine with another playful, calm dog.

We will conduct a property fencing check and he will need to be allowed to sleep inside and be a part of your family.

We are a registered charity run by volunteers in our spare time. Our animals are fostered in different foster homes across Auckland and we require you to meet the animal in their foster home before deciding to go ahead with adoption. We deal with adoption applications in writing and appreciate your patience when messaging about your interest.
