Poppet is an extremely sassy playful little ball of fun. She loves to play and roughhouse with the other kittens and is super brave and cheeky with all our adult cats at home. Would do great in a household with another confident cat or another high-energy kitten. While She’s not a fan of being picked up and held, she’s a social little thing she loves hanging out and being involved with whatever chore or activity we are doing, she’s very good company she very much gives naughty toddler energy!

As she was previously living on the street, she can take a little time warming up to new people, but once she gets to know you she’s a total spitfire. We would ideally like her new parent to have some experience with shy cats or have the patience to let her flourish in her own time.

We are a registered charity run by volunteers who care for our rescue cats, respond to messages, and host adoption visits all in our spare time in our private homes across Auckland. We deal with adoption applications in writing and appreciate your patience when messaging about your interest.
