Calliope was trapped at a colony in Mt Roskill. She had clearly been handled due to her sociability but not taken care of as she came into foster care skinny and flea ridden.

Calliope is a delight, she loves attention, is playful, cuddly and bomb proof, a great all rounder. Calliope has a roaring purr and will greet you with her almost silent croaky meows and head butts, she would melt anyone’s heart.

Calliope would be suitable around sensible kids, cats and cat friendly dogs with the right intro.

We are a registered charity run by volunteers in our spare time. Our animals are fostered in different foster homes across Auckland and we require you to meet the animal in their foster home before deciding to go ahead with adoption. We deal with adoption applications in writing and appreciate your patience when messaging about your interest.
