Rini and brother Mischief were older kittens trapped by a rescuer in South Auckland. Both have prominent crossed eyes.
Rini likes to be a free spirit within the confines of the indoors. She loves to snuggle under the covers and has just started to let herself be picked up at night with the lights off. Rini has come a long way since coming into care. When she came to her current foster home she had socialisation with humans but still chose to hide for a few months. Rini isn't a cuddly cat but has made huge progress and grows in confidence daily. Her sweetness and snuggles will reward anyone who has the patience for her funny little face!

Rini would be best suited to a quiet house with other cats to role model from. Because she is cross eyed Rini must be kept indoors for her own safety but a catio would be right up her alley.
