Desperately seeking forever home

We are in a bit of a desperate situation. She was living rurally and was under threat of being trapped and shot by a local farmer on a crusade to rid the area of cats. She sadly won’t wear a collar to identify her as a pet.
She is 2yrs old and is spayed and microchipped.
She was rescued as a kitten living in a truck yard. She’s good with kids (if they respect the normal signals), she has been around an old dog and they respect each others space.
She’s litter trained but goes outside if there’s a window open.
She just craves to be able to be near you, follows us through the house, will meow to go outside if there’s no windows open.
She would come with everything she needs, a bag of food (she likes the cheap PAK’nSAVE brand, cat bed, tower, scratch pad, toys, gravity feeder and water bowl. She’s such a pretty cat with a cute little trill. She’s doesn’t really like other cats much so would need to be a solo cat. Help, really need to find her a loving, suitable home.
