Meet Ori

Ori is a 5 month old Bengal x, most likely mixed with Domestic Shorthair. He had a rough start to life after coming from a hoarding situation where his previous owner had collected exotic cats, after some time they had realized they could no longer able to care for them all. many of the cats, including Ori’s mum, were rehomed, and I offered to take in the remaining few who still needed homes.

The photo on the end is ori mum that I got the previous owner to send me.

When Ori first came into my care, he was very unsure and nervous, having spent most of his life interacting with other cats rather than people. But with a lot of patience, love, and understanding, he has blossomed into the most gorgeous little cat.

While he isn’t as energetic as a typical Bengal, he definitely has their affectionate, playful, and chatty personality. These days, Ori spends most of his time sunbathing, playing with the other cats, or walking beside me having little “conversations” all day long.

Because Ori grew up surrounded by other cats, he would do best in a multi-cat household where he can have feline companionship to help bring out his friendly and affectionate personality. His new family will need to understand that he may take some time to warm up to new people, and he will need patience and kindness while he settles in and comes out of his shell.
