WANTED: Safe Barn Homes.

We are looking for ‘barn’ homes for wild cats, aging from about 9 months to 3 years old. Many are having to relocate as their houses are being demolished, are living near a busy road or their s have been threatened by humans "wanting them gone".

They will need to be contained for a few weeks in a barn or the house in a cage ( which we can supply if needed). This will allow them to bond with the new property. They can then be released to be your ‘rodent control manager’ or if you want to try to tame them they can stay inside for a few more weeks. They MUST be fed at least once a day, have access to clean fresh water and shelter. They are not to be left to fend for themselves. They won’t be suitable for anyone in a short term rental as they will be very stressed to move around different properties.

All cats are desexed, microchipped and fully vet checked before rehoming. We will offer ongoing support for these cats. Some of our barn cats have the potential to be friendly over time ?

Located south auckland but can travel over auckland region.

We are a registered charity run by volunteers who care for our rescue cats, respond to messages, and host adoption visits all in our spare time in our private homes across Auckland. We deal with adoption applications in writing and appreciate your patience when messaging about your interest.
